Helder~Herdwyck Farm is a Holistically Managed, sustainably operated, regenerative family farm in upstate New York, producing pasture-raised eggs, poultry, pork, lamb, mutton and fiber. We are the leading breeder of Herdwick Sheep in North America, producing forage-fed lamb and pasture-grown mutton, pastured eggs, duck eggs, heritage breed pork, chickens, turkeys, ducks and guinea fowl for meat or tick control. It is our desire to serve our community by not only providing local, naturally and humanely produced food alternatives, but to improve our land and environment while doing so. We produce field to fiber wool and wool products, as well as a variety of fiber art tools, equipment and supplies. We utilize rotational, multi species grazing in tandem to fortify our soils and therefore forages to provide the healthiest natural food sources to our livestock, and promote and sustain a diversified natural environment. We offer classes, workshops, pasture walks and farm tours as scheduled or by appointment. We offer online shopping with on-farm pickup of all our products. We ship all NON-PERISHABLE products.
